Ronica has been involved in pageants for over 15 years. During that time she held local, state and national titles in all genres of pageantry. In 2008 Ronica stopped competing and became a Certified Miss America Judge. Some of her most significant judging experiences include:

Ronica has a Master of Science in Public Communication and works professionally as a speaker, trainer and adjunct faculty member of communications. Some of her professional accomplishments include:

• Travelling across the country on behalf of the Making It Count program
• Speaking to over 25,000 people on a variety of topics
• Working as an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University, Temple University and Rider University
